You can choose how we (MPI Services) are paid:

1. Either, we can be paid commission by the lender and we will disclose the amount paid to you.

2. Or a fee of 0.50% of the loan will be charged at the point where a formal offer of mortgage has been provided. For example on a £80,000 mortgage the fee would be £400. We will refund to you any commission we receive from the lender when your mortgage completes.

3. In addition an administration fee of £175.00 will be payable upon submission of a mortgage application.
