We keep you updated about properties by text, email or phone. We’ll come with you to view them, on evenings or weekends if best. When the time comes, we’ll even switch the utilities and Council Tax over for you.

You can search for properties on the front page by rent, size and location, or view a list of all properties for rent.
We don’t just list properties; we help you to move. We offer a Deposit Protection Service, advice on how to obtain contents insurance, and an independent photographic inventory. If there is a problem, we’ll deal with it. Our emergency helpline is open 24 hours a day.
Finding a Suitable Property

You will be quickly informed of new instructions by SMS text messaging, email, the post or a phone call.

Holding Fee & Reference
Once you have decided on the property you wish to live in, you must pay a non-refundable application fee. This fee covers your references and credit check, Tenany Agreement and Inventory and Schedule of Condition. Once we have received this fee we will take the property off the market whilst the references are being processed.
Once a satisfactory reference is received the process of documentation begins.
